  • Follow-up with clients for empanelment.
  • To maintain client’s database (Banks/ HFCs / NBFCs / ARCs/FIs).
  • To decide Action Plan for generating new business.
  • To maintain Daily Call Records.
  • To visit prospects.
  • To draft and submit required documents for empanelment.
  • To arrange management level meetings with client.
  • To supervise team & co-ordinate MIS reporting.
  • Arrange weekly review meetings.
  • Prepare SOPs for sales executives for each vertical - (Investigation / Recovery/ Enforcement/ Asset Disposal/ Litigation).
  • To send reports to clients in specific TAT.
  • Maintenance of all empanelment files, renewal processing of all empanelment.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong communication fluency and IT skill.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent Computer skills (Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
