Position: Business Development Executive/Technical Sales Executive
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Animal/Veterinary Science. Preferably a master’s degree in nutrition/microbiology or any allied field.
Requirements:
· Should possess basic knowledge of India’s poultry and dairy industries
· Should have some information on the structure of the above industries in India
· Should understand the regional dynamics in India with respect to animal farming and silage making
· 5 years of experience (sales & technical support) working with animal feed/animal nutrition or animal health companies in India
· Should be fluent in Hindi & English. Regional languages will be an added attribute
Responsibilities:
· Shortlist business partners for CH’s silage, poultry and dairy probiotics business
· Design, plan and conduct trials of CH products at animal farms & silage fields in collaboration with a BP
· Check registration requirements for probiotics and streamline the import process
· Maintain key customers and KOL relationship through understanding their needs
· Hold seminars and farmer gatherings to highlight the importance of silage inoculants and probiotics for farm animals
· Provide training to distributors/customers,
· Develop a short term and long-term marketing plan for CH products in India’s animal food industry. Devise a sustainable sales strategy in collaboration with BP
· Closely cooperate with sales / technical team in Singapore & Denmark regarding sales / technical support
· Provide sales forecasts & be responsible for sales targets
