Responsibilities and Duties
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development:

- Acquisitions of clients by,

  • Exploring new markets and generating new business leads
  • Pursuing new leads and leading it to closureso Leads to be generated through references
  • Identify potential prospects and contact them so as to generate new accounts

- Closure :

  • Making Contracts
  • Prepare proposals in consultation with the manager
  • To follow up with the clients to ensure closure of a deal
  • Provide the necessary billing details to the finance team
  • Ensure smooth transition to the operations/delivery team

- Sales Strategies

  • Support to management on defining Sales strategies
  • Tracking the business growth.
  • Defining Sales targets and plans

- Marketing Research

  • Potential market information to be gathered
  • Competitors research
  • Pricing market analysis
  • Research on new areas to be tapped.

- Other Responsibilities

  • Client feedback process
  • Support in marketing Strategies
  • Support in branding & Advertising initiatives.
