Day to day activities of our Relationship executives/ Business development executive is-
- Understand home buyers requirements like budget, location preference etc and suggest suitable properties
- Follow up existing & new clients, send them brochures, floor plans, price list etc.
Meet the clients personally and explain to them all suitable projects.
- Convince & schedule an appointment for site visits.
Assist the clients during the site visit.
- Negotiate terms & close the deals with the help of the respective builder's sales team.
- Work closely with the respective builder's CRM team for hassle-free after-sales service.
- Ensure to achieve targets according to business plans
-Keep a close watch on real estate market trends and the progress of respective projects.
Requirements
- Fluency in English & Hindi
- Must have a bike with valid DL
- Excellent interpersonal & convincing skills
- Must be a self-starter & should have passion for sales
Salary: INR 2,40,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. Huge incentive apart from Fixed salary
