Job Description


  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities. 
  • Keep prospective client database updated.
  • Monthly target is mandatory to achieve.
  • Negotiating and contracting of rates, special offers, allocation, release periods, terms conditions for hospitality industry.
  • Analyzing the product of our different competitors in order to ensure our best conditions in the market
  • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
  • Analyzing opportunities for opening of new destinations and product development
  • Assisting in resolving complaints and administrative issues of our customers, vendors etc.
  • Coordinating with the Head Office team.

  • Should be a good team member and with ability and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal & written.
  • We are looking for a self-start, highly motivated Business Development Executive to increase client base.
  • Dynamic personality with good negotiation skills.
  • Candidate should have high energy, go-getter, and a proactive personality.
  • Fresh Graduate or Post Graduate with 0 - 2 years of experience Who will like to build their career in the field of sales and marketing.
  • The ideal candidate would be a Self motivate Youngster. Can be a fresh graduation with fire or an experienced sales professional.
