  • Roles & Responsibilities of Business Development Executive/Sr. Executive
  • BDE is responsible for driving and delivering Revenue Growth, New Contracts, Portfolio Mix, and Yield & Market Intelligence.

    Responsible for business development efforts for a particular industry segment / Region / Account

    Identify new business opportunities/leads, creating client profile and setting up meetings

    Build a healthy customer pipeline to achieve the targets defined by the Organization and convert the same

    Actively Manage the sales engagement from lead generation to Commercial agreement sign off.

    Author Commercial agreements and contractual terms in consultation with Legal, support teams and within the framework laid out by the Organization

    Adherence of Organization, Legal and Client processes

    Develop quotes, proposals and Rate Negotiation based on Product Offering or Customized Solution

    Planning, preparing presentations, marketing collaterals and Communicating new product developments to prospective clients

    Analyse market trend, provide inputs and feedback to the management

    Plan, Act and Achieve the Organization targets for the industry sector handled

    Understand the customer needs Drive the requirements definition for the IT Products to be built for the customers

    Work with Account Management / Operations to ensure service delivery to customers

    Good communication and interpersonal skills

    Excellent negotiation skills

    Should be open for frequent travels across pan India as required

Good to Have:

  • Attitude to supersede expectations and excellent business acumen

    Self-starter and excellent negotiation skills

    Ability to drive management initiatives and suggest the same

    Understanding of technology and future trends relating to product development

    Domain knowledge of logistics industry and technology updates

Must Have:

  • MBA full time or Bachelor’s degree with exposure in Sales

    3-5 years of experience having worked in product development companies with technology background
