Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Freshers. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are eager to start their careers in sales and customer service. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
• Provide accurate information and answer queries to enhance customer understanding.
• Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
• Identify and escalate customer issues or feedback to the appropriate department.
• Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
