We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern - DAB to join our team at Donate-a-Book. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of business development while contributing to a meaningful cause. The ideal candidate is passionate, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn and grow within our organisation. 

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying and researching potential partners, sponsors, and donors.

- Support the development and implementation of business development strategies.

- Help maintain and develop customer relationships.

- Participate in outreach efforts, including email campaigns, phone calls, and meetings.

- Assist in daily fundraising operations and campaigns.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. 

Required skills

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Strong interest in business development.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Passion for social impact.

Duration

Compensation
