Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who can help the company to boost growth and sales. As an intern, you will be focusing on lead generation, lead nurturing, and helping in the marketing of the product as well as searching for potential partnership opportunities with a sales-driven perspective.

30 Hours per Week


Job duties & responsibilities

i) Identification & Planning:

  • Generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities
  • Identify new customer segments & and markets to tap into based on seasonal trends

ii) Lead generation and Cold calling

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Calling the potential leads and taking it to a close

iii) Market Research & Expansion

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.


Requirements Required Qualifications

  • Have at least 2+ months of prior experience in sales and cold calling.
  • Residing in Bangalore and can report to office { Hybrid Model }
  • Degree in BBA / MBA or another relevant field
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and written and oral communication skills
  • Good sense of prioritization and time management
  • Can do an analysis of sales data to determine trends and opportunities for sales growth, sales forecasting support, and business proposal development


Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in hard-core sales and marketing
  • Willing to be at office intern ( With additional Benefits)
