Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze new business opportunities on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Craft persuasive and customized proposals to bid on projects.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently securing new projects.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors’ activities.
- Provide regular feedback and updates on bidding activities and outcomes.
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar role in business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Good understanding of various project management methodologies.
- Understands IT/software development industry.
