We are seeking a motivated and proactive intern to join our Business
Development team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on
experience in various aspects of business development, sales, and market
research. This role is ideal for students who are eager to learn, possess
excellent communication skills, and have a passion for contributing to the
growth of a dynamic company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market
research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive
landscapes.
- Engage in
direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing
department to identify the target audience.
- Conduct
outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services,
arrange a Demo, and convert warm data into leads.
- Ensure the
verification and conversion of data into sales opportunities.
- Work on the
cold database to generate fresh leads and contribute to expanding the
client base.
- Coordinate
sales enablement activities and actively participate in market research
and client and competition analysis.
- Support
marketing operations with various activities to enhance overall business
development efforts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Currently
pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Marketing, Business Management,
or a related field.
- Excellent communication
& presentation skills with a professional demeanour.
- A go-getter
with an enthusiastic approach to tasks and challenges.
- Proficient in
Microsoft Office and Internet Browsing.
- Understanding
of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.
- Good
organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multitask
effectively.
- Some background
or understanding of technology will be considered an added advantage.
- Ready to work
independently and exhibit a self-starter mentality.
