Handling inquiries and getting the enrollments done
Performing counseling & proper career guidance for students
Converting Walk-ins into Admissions
Resolving candidate queries relating to course
Ability to communicate with senior-level management, to demonstrate counseling services over the phone
Achieving Sales target month on month
Maintaining the follow-up database
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies in the market.
Carrying out qualitative and quantitative market research and reporting the same.
Excellent communication skills
Good negotiation and research skills
