Job Description

Designation: Business Development

Responsibilities include:

1. Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
3. Work on the transition of unverified leads to verified customers
4. Cold call to promote sales of products and services to potential customers
5. Respond to telephonic inquiries
6. Act as a contact between a company and its potential markets
7. Record customer information
8. Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
9. Advice on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
10. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers\
