Developing growth strategies and plans.
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
Increasing client base.
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.
Writing business proposals.
Negotiating with stakeholders.
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
Reporting on successes and areas needed improvement.
Responsible for achieving the sales target set by the organization monthly.
Assign and monitor daily targets.
Report on targets achieved and identify performance gaps.
Conduct retention activities of both customers and team members as and when required.
