Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Stay responsible for identifying new areas for growth and specific prospects as well as nurturing existing client relationships to develop business opportunities
2. Work as a driving force for innovation within the agency leading the thinking, education, and development of the sales function
3. Assess and nurture new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind
4. Develop the new business strategy and pipeline with recommended marketing activity ensuring that the pipeline is in line with the agency goals and revenue targets
5. Lead the response to the brief and pitching lead and support the pitch teams
6. Develop strategies with fresh initiatives to meet the agency revenue goal
7. Work with the account managers to identify new opportunities within existing client business or contacts
8. Maintain strong and prosperous working relationships with key clients

MBA graduates will be preferred. Graduated freshers can apply for this role as well.
