About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop a new client base by creating an email/contact datasheet
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
3. Answer client queries regarding services and processes
4. Assist the marketing team to use the services and keep them updated about new features launched
5. Ensure timely delivery of client feedback/requirement to the development team
6. Maintain trackers and reports for client interaction, service usage, etc.
7. Collect feedback and resolve client issues
8. Identify and analyze key competitors
