Job Description for Business Development
Roles & Responsibilities :
➢ Strong understanding of Finance domain & business model of merchants.
➢ Visiting merchants on daily basis.
➢ Understand the road blocks at merchant level and provide amicable solutions to
improve business.
➢ Should be able to maintain good relationship with the existing merchants along with
on boarding new merchants.
➢ Must be a Team Player and work with X-Functions including Tech & Product
Skills Needed :
➢ Analytical skills to understand the business MIS ( Login, Approvals, Disbursals etc.)
➢ Excellent communication skills and Target Oriented attitude.
Desirable Candidate:
➢ Should have willingness to learn
➢ Positive attitude towards new challenges
➢ Should be Extrovert
➢ It would be great if he/she is having knowledge of any of our existing category
(Education, Health Care, Home Improvement & Electric Vehicles)
Education Required:
➢ Graduation / Post Grad from any stream / (Last Year/Final Sem would be ideal)
