Designation: Business Development

Responsibilities include:

1. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services
2. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
3. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
4. Using sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
5. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
6. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
7. Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings
8. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details
9. Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items
10. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
11. Noting important details of each conversation
12. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing
13. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales
14. Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations
15. Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions
