Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead a sales team by providing guidance, training, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, and building their team
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
3. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
4. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
