Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers within target accounts.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and close deals.
• Highly aggressive Sales hunter with high network of customers and clients in the Indian and Overseas markets across IT & Non-IT segments.
• Work with C-suite including CTO, CEOs, Procurements and Business Heads.
• Should have prior expertise in RFQ, RFI and SOW based deals
• Responsible and accountable for sales targets and numbers monthly / annually.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development in the IT staffing industry.
• Handling Inbound, outbound and all the presales activity. Conducting demo to prospective clients across India through physical and in-person & follow ups through emails and calls.
• Negotiate rates, pricing and proposal preparation for Top Clients and brands
• Gathering requirements from clients and facilitated customized demo and articulated the solution in line with the business requirement for various Industry.
