We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our client acquisition efforts.

Job Description:

Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and acquiring new clients for our corporate gifting and gift card solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in the corporate gifting or gift card industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
