**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager Intern to join our team in the tourism and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with international travel agents to promote our property.
**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and reach out to potential international travel agents to establish partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners to ensure mutual growth and success.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to international travel agents.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our property to potential partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth in the international tourism market.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with international partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry, with a passion for travel and cultural exchange.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
