Business Development Manager - IT and Non IT Service Industry
Responsibilities:
• Developing database of the Companies for Managed IT, Non-IT & Staffing Services. Generate leads of new customers through Google, LinkedIn, and other B2B Sites.
• Interacting with the clients and generating personalized emails to introduce about our company and services.
• To get the ultimate requirement from the client and preparing Understanding Document, by the inputs received from the Technical Department.
• To prepare the Monthly Meeting presentation and updating with the Management and involved in decision making process and preparing Action Plans for the next successive months.
• Conduct Market Research and segmenting the markets in the allocated region to understand the industry with respect to the varies IT services.
• Secure in-depth info about the contact details and relevant information.
• Well versed in Email Marketing and sending personalized emails to the clients.
• Cold calling and discussing with clients to generate interest about our active Services
• To conduct market research in these Geographical regions to understand the industry with respect to our active services.
• Showcasing our capabilities to the clients and prospects by making WEBEX Meeting or Conference Calls.
• To involve in Lead Generation activities till generation of Purchase order.
• Lead generation, conversion of the leads, closing the orders, getting PO, till the project handover & billing (End to end responsibility including Lead generation to till the delivery to be handled)
• Should be ready to work in the startup environment.
Experience: 2 to 4 yrs.
Salary: 4 to 6 LPA
Location: Bangalore
Skills:
• Good communication skills, Presentation skills and IT fluency
• Good interpersonal relationship.
• In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and its current events
• The ability to handle pressure and Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations.
• Knowledge in IT sales (Desktop, Laptop, Server and switches / networking knowledge would be the added advantages for this role)
• Experience in managing online/digital marketing campaigns for demand generation.
