Role and Responsibility:

● Connect with builders or developers and forge deals for bulk buying.
● Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
● Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
● Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
● Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments received.
● Writing business proposals & negotiating with stakeholders.
● Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
● Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
● Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
● Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
● Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
● This role requires the candidate to be on constant travel to meet prospective client locations
within the city.

Requirement:

● 2-4 Years of experience in real estate or property sales or property acquisition is mandatory.
● Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill.
● Stakeholder management skills.
● Proven ability to negotiate.
● Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
● Conflict resolution.
● Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.

● 6 days working and 1-day rotational week off.
