Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting the clients’ objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Target driven, meeting KPI objectives in revenue and margin on a quarterly basis
- Work with project managers in our Service Delivery team and follow up with customers to assure satisfaction
- Work closely with the Growth Manager in company initiatives to drive business development
Requirements :
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, ZohoCRM)
- Proficiency in written as well as spoken English
- Market knowledge of the translation industry would be a plus
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with all kinds of people from various industries
- Time management and planning skills
