The main responsibility is to Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts and develop effective training programs for the marketing team to function effectively.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Promoting the organization and products.

· Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

· Find prospects and leads

· Learn details about our products and services

· Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant

· Identify buyer persona profiles

· Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives

· Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting

· Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure the efficiency

· Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

· Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

· Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business or any field.

· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

· Experience in customer relationship management.

· Experience managing and directing a sales team.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Scale:

2.4 lakh to 6 lakh per annum based on experience and performance.
