Roles and Responsibilities
As a leader for the Organization , heading the sales and lead generation. The responsibility entails leading 2 groups like
Sales - Responsible for the department which is actually making sales pitch and calls to various students across the country trying to sell the various portfolio products the organization offers. The job involves setting up an aggressive and young go-getters sales team which is driven to achieve sales targets on a weekly/monthly cadence. The job also involves setting up and tracking the sales targets for individuals and the whole department and is responsible for achieving them.
Lead generation/Business development - Responsible for the department which is actually creating and executing business development campaigns which results in generating leads in the form of student databases across the country. The job involves setting up a talented team of young and highly connected people who can innovate / create various lead generation campaigns involving both online and offline media to gain access to the vast number of student community who would be potentially needing the upskilling products offered by our organization. The Responsibility includes setting up benchmarks and challenging goals for the teams in terms of the quality and quantity of the leads generated on a weekly/monthly cadence
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should have an experience of 1-3 years leading such departments in a Ed-Tech
startups and should have a zeal for growth in a fast paced organization.
Having good connect in Technical institutions is added advantage.
