We have an immediate requirement for Business Development Executive / Manager .
Job Description
1. Business target setting, planning, promoting and executing in assigned territory through Architecets , Builders, Contractors, Individuals and Real estate Agents.
2. Prospect for potential clients and convert them into increased business opportunities
3. Responsible for representing company on trade shows, exhibitions and seminars
4. Responsible for providing periodic MIS on market trend, sales activities, project activities, Marketing Strategies etc.
5. Team Co-ordinations involving various architecture and engineering services teams. Also coordination with liaison, approvals and certification and documentation teams. Strong in Negotiation and bargaining
6. Who can go out and meet the client. Who can come up with different strategies. Ready to travel in and around India to meet clients.
7. Attend industry functions, including conferences and association events, and contribute information and feedback on upcoming market trends
8. Day to Day internal and external reporting and tracking of activities spanning across lead generation and management, community development and management, and other marketing activities
9. Ensure a continuous flow of client database and leads through the help of your channel partners
10. Ensuring quality leads and account management of existing channel partners
11. Pleasing personality: Must be excellent at Customer Interaction & Relationship Building.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Key Skills
Very strong interpersonal skills (pitching and negotiation) - written and oral, Very strong command over mathematical calculations and Microsoft excel and equivalent, Willing to be involved in on-field business development coupled with in-office planning, Willing to travel intra-city and inter-city for specific projects if required, An engineering or MBA degree from a renowned institution within India or Abroad
