We are looking for an excellent Field Manager for a well-knowned Logistics and Shipping Company to formulate a professional Sales & Client Servicing that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and maximizes growth within the existing client base and from the new lead source.

Note - Job location can be any city of India. The interview will be in BBSR.

Job Role:

• Management & developing marketing plans and strategies
• Visit customer place and inspect, consult and create a quotation.
• Must have Good marketing skills along with the ability to manage all customer leads.
• Maintain and report details of sales regularly.
• Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
• Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and HO.
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to grow business.
• Followup leads and continuous contact with the clients.
• Pre and post followups and closing the deal.
• Manage and hire executives to manage their business.
• Clients issue handle with mail and phone.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customer support staff.
• Procure and manage the business asset to make business smooth.

Candidate Should Have:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and in writing.
• Should have good speaking skills in English & Hindi is a must, Other languages will be added advantage.
• Sales and results-oriented, pro-active and possess a positive work attitude.
• Ability to communicate across diverse teams.
• Willing to move to any city in India.
• Willingness to travel in the city and visit the client's place.
