To be a successful sales and marketing manager, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and excellent communication skills.

You should also possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

An MBA in marketing is an advantage.

Candidates with technical experience will be preferred.

1-5 years experience in marketing or sales.

The candidate should have a flair for understanding.

Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Prior experience with Enterprise Solution Selling is preferred.

The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

The ability to work under pressure.
