We are looking for candidates who are passionate about Inside sales and are self-driven.
This role has the potential to scale up to a higher degree of responsibility and as such we are looking for someone with a high level of accountability and ownership.
We are looking for someone with a sense of urgency and a positive, winning attitude.
Candidate having understanding on New Emerging Technologies like Block chain,
Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence or IoT.
Candidate having Business Intelligence understanding will be added advantage.
Candidate who have sales experience in different IT solutions will be great.
Candidate must have Good Communication in English and should have
International Experience.
Proven record of accomplishment in Inside Sales, with demonstrated skills in
sales pipeline progression, forecasting and management, using CRM systems as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Sales experience in a technology oriented field - knowledge/awareness about the
Oracle/SAP/IT industry services and IT International Lead Generation experience is must for experienced candidate.
Energetic, confident and motivated with the ability to think on your feet
Experience in managing customer relationships and maintaining relationships in a B2B environment.
Proven experience of meeting/exceeding targets in a metric driven sales environment.
Strong analytic and probing skills; attention to detail; good listener; good organizational skills.
Excellent ability in analysing opportunity for cross sell and up sell - ability to farm accounts.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT)
Candidate Qualification:
Candidate must BTech/BE and MBA preferred.
Excellent working knowledge of the domains and solutions worked for.
