Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Location: Talent4Assure Assessment Services Private Limited, Netaji Subhash Place.

Position Overview:

The business development manager is in charge of developing business solutions.
The main goal is to generate more revenue for the company.
They will manage client accounts and come up with new sales ideas.
This includes new sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans.
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for identifying prospective Corporate Clients through market research, networking events & cold calls.
Giving Presentations and Demonstration to the Clients regarding the assessments, technology and content.
Will be responsible for generating business by pitching the services offered by us.
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
Can be able to deal into international Market and get the IT projects.
Target new & existing accounts within the Corporate for new business.
Maintaining the database of the Leads generated and make regular follow ups with them
Build long term client relationships in order to develop and present sales proposals to prospective and repeat clients and to close sales.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Experience Of minimum 6 months.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

Salary:

Your starting salary as a graduate business development manager will be in 15K to 18k.
Maximum can be expected till 20k according to the skills.

Working Hours:

You'll usually work a regular 10am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday week, though you may on occasion have to work longer to meet a project deadline or when attending an event or conference.
