This role will be accountable for:
  • Growing our credit card vertical as a standalone business unit with well-defined performance targets in terms of growth and profitability
  • Keeping a tab on latest developments in the industry and identify growth opportunities for the company
  • Identify new sales and marketing opportunities for new products, bank partners and channel partners
  • Forging alliances and working out agreements with banks and channels to expand our product and service offerings
  • Work along with sales teams to ensure that we deliver of the performance targets committed to our partners.
  • Align our sales delivery model to meet customer, bank and channel expectations
  • Past experience in building and expanding new product units, preferably credit card
  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Ability to network and forge alliances
  • Sharp industry insights and a go-getter attitude
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Should be flexible and respond quickly as per business requirement
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Seeking individual with prior hands on experience in building credit cards sales business in India.
  • Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
  • Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard
  • Strong command over English
  • At least 5-8 year experience in selling of credit cards and financial products including personal loan, home loan, business loan
  • Eye for detail and comfortable in working with numbers and calculations
