Job Description

This role will be accountable for:

Growing our credit card vertical as a standalone business unit with well-defined performance targets in terms of growth and profitability
Keeping a tab on latest developments in the industry and identify growth opportunities for the company
Identify new sales and marketing opportunities for new products, bank partners and channel partners
Forging alliances and working out agreements with banks and channels to expand our product and service offerings
Work along with sales teams to ensure that we deliver of the performance targets committed to our partners.
Align our sales delivery model to meet customer, bank and channel expectations
Past experience in building and expanding new product units, preferably credit card
Strong sales and marketing skills
Ability to network and forge alliances
Sharp industry insights and a go-getter attitude
Ability to work in teams
Should be flexible and respond quickly as per business requirement

Desired Candidate Profile:

Seeking individual with prior hands on experience in building credit cards sales business in India.
Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard
Strong command over English
At least 5-8 year experience in selling of credit cards and financial products including personal loan, home loan, business loan
Eye for detail and comfortable in working with numbers and calculations
