Qualification:
1. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales
executive or a relevant role
2. Proven sales track record
3. Experience in customer support is a plus
4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. ZOHO)
5. Proficiency in English
6. Market knowledge
7. Communication and negotiation skills
8. Ability to build rapport
9. Time management and planning skills
10. BSc/BA/MBA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Generate leads and cold-call prospective customers.
2. Develop opportunities in target markets with the marketing team's support.
3. Nurturing and developing relationships with key customer accounts.
4. Provide specialist advice on your products and/or services.
5. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
6. Training business development staff
7. Attending conferences and industry events
8. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
9. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
10. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
11. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
