· Expertise & knowledge in Sales & BD in Staffing
· Should be passionate about sales & have the drive to chase numbers
· Must possess a flair for market research, gathering market intelligence & marketing activities
· Strong negotiation & convincing skills
· Should be capable of handling client escalations effectively and promptly
· Strong in communication with external & internal stakeholders
· Must be high on convincing & negotiation skills.
· Must be capable of putting across his points & convincing stakeholders concerned.
· 5 to 10 plus years of experience in sales development and/or lead generation.
