Responsibilities:
  • Handling P&L for Bangalore Region with Team of Sales and Account Managers.
  • Responsible for selling residential properties in Bangalore Market.
  • Maintaining and monitoring daily and weekly numbers of Team.
  • Responsible for generating Revenue from team and making sure Targets are achieved.
  • Training team on products and helping them understand the business module.
  • Suggesting and creating suitable ad campaign for marketing to Clients.
  • Actively involved with the product team for developing better response generating products. 
  • Doing market research, understanding current market trends.
  • Analysing and understanding competition strategies to retain market share.
  • Training and Mentoring of subsequent batches. 
  • Hire, train and manage a team of sales and service representatives.
  • Implement standard operating processes to scale the working of the organization.
  • Lead the team to acquire clients with valuable selection and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Interface with internal teams to identify needs and deploy resources to clients.
