Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Target Prospective Clients: Research and identify potential clients within the target market, including brands, businesses, and organizations that could benefit from our advertising services.
Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively present our solutions.
Sales and Lead Generation: Actively generate leads, make cold calls, conduct prospect meetings, and deliver compelling sales presentations. Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
Customized Solutions: Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to develop customized advertising solutions that align with client needs and objectives.
Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive analysis. Use this knowledge to position our agency as a market leader and offer innovative solutions.
Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Continuously track and report progress to the management team.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build a strong network within the advertising and marketing industry.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record in business development and sales within the advertising or related industry. Previous experience in an advertising agency is a strong advantage.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of advertising services, digital marketing, branding, creative campaigns, and related industry trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Education:
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
