Responsibilities
Competent professional with over 6 - 9 years of rich & extensive experience in Recruiting, Temp Staffing & Business Management
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and create a business partnership
Achieving sales target. Attend to walk-in clients. Negotiating with clients for deal closures.
Strong expertise in Head Hunting, Candidate Management, and other Talent Acquisition Methodologies.
Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum returns on IT staffing business in USA
Should be able to work Independently - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
Effectively recruit, interview, coach, and retain talent
Market talent and help identify the right job
Offer innovative and creative employment solutions
Business development and grow new and existing clients/relationships in the local market
Identify qualified candidates to place
“Solve” ALL your client’s needs – Temp, Project, contract or Permanent solutions
Control your own income potential with uncapped earnings
Build a “full desk” and build relationships in the marketplace
Build and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting metrics and deliver to corporate offices.
Achieve staffing objectives of clients, establish recruiting requirements, and develop candidate databases.
Build effective sources to attract applicants; conduct interviews; evaluate applicants; and improve organization attractiveness.
Follow client specific hiring requirements (drug screening, background checks, skills’ testing, etc.)
Handle employee relations and counsel employees, when needed.
Manage and enforce all safety policies and procedures of corporate and client.
Manage all associates performance related information.
Establish a good working relationship with multiple contacts within the client to include HR, Production and facilities.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening and presentation)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5 plus years of Recruiting/Staffing experience required.
2 year of Management experience preferred.
Ability to maintain confidential information in a discrete and professional manner.
Strong customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work well as part of a team
Reliable transportation.
Flexibility with schedule, potential overtime, as determined by Management.
