Job Description

JOB ROLE: Business Development Manager- IT Staffing(Females)

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years

WORK LOCATION: Madhapur, Hyderabad

NOTICE PERIOD: Immediate Joiners

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Should have experience in Domestic IT Staffing.

- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.

- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.

- Should achieve long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships.

- Identifies business opportunities, negotiates & closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions
