Job Brief:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager having experience in IT Consulting & Software Solutions, to help us expand our clientele. You will be representative of the company and will need to have the zeal, dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Having experience in IT Consulting & Software Development
• Conduct market research to identify new target markets, prospect customer data-list
• Understand customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting their business objectives
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
• Keep records of prospects, customers and maintain up to date data.
• Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager
• Proven business development track record
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
