Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1) Responsible for establishing existing accounts and identifying new accounts

2) Must work with estimating to develop pricing and proposals and negotiate contracts.

3) Develop plans for business from Key Accounts and provide management with the required information for pricing decisions and product development.

4) Develop close customer relationships with Key decision makers in purchasing, technology, and at the customer end.

5) Good knowledge of working with internal ERP.

Required Skills:-

1) Developing growth strategies and plans to generate potential new opportunities in the IT Industry.

2) Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders

3) Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and improving loyalty strategies.

4) Through an in-depth understanding of client needs, identifying new opportunities and emerging markets and the dynamics of the market. Managing proposals, quotations, bids and tenders.

5) Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer requirements in various sectors.

6) Market research and capturing on viable business growth and emerging trends.

7)Participating in new business contract negotiations, drafting and reviewing contracts

8) Continually developing the employer’s brand and building increasing awareness in the market

9) Excellent communication and presentation skills

Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills and demonstrate a high level of integrity.

10) Able to work effectively and responsibly and collaborate effectively with the operations team.

11) Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy for the ERP, e-commerce, Mobile applications, POS, CRM, etc.

12)Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum two years of experience in field sales in the IT industry.

13) Proficiency in speaking Tamil, English and Hindi is preferred.

Should have two-wheeler and laptop.
