·       Reviewing yields, operational lead times, financial and forecast data to identify and resolve quality or other issues, which enhanced time-to-market deliverables to customers

·       Create a new strategy on CHERRYTONE/DIZEST CAP/LECIVIT-S CAP

·       Segregates the products & defined a new product categories- “FOCUS BRANDS & FAST MOVING PRODUCTS”
