Job Description

Business Development Manager

  • Experience: 5+ Years of relevant industry experience
  • Skills: Business Development.
  • Eligibility: Any Graduate
  • Salary: As per Industry standard + Relocation Bonus (if applicable)

Responsibilities :

  • Lead end to end sales cycle (from lead generation to closure)
  • Ability to connect & interact with C-level
  • Plan, implement, track and improve strategies for new business
  • Meet Sales target allocated
  • Qualify prospects by mapping the customer's pain point to our services
  • Build the relationship with prospect and focus on value selling
  • Identify opportunities by researching on targeted companies and contacts

Required Skill Sets :
  • Experience in Lead Generation/ Sales with IT services company in offshore model
  • Tech-savvy should be aware of various technologies (PHP, Python, .NET, Mobile, Cloud, AI, and QA)
  • Up-to-date with the latest technology trends in Microsoft, Open Source, Mobile, Cloud, IOT, AI and QA to do consultative selling to clients
  • Solid experience in managing software development clients and should be aware about software development and outsourcing risks and challenges
  • Must understand offshore development and its advantages
  • Must have prior experience in closing and managing projects.
  • Proven track record of client growth and retention
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as manage a team
