Job Description
We're seeking a qualified Business Development Manager who is responsible for developing the sales team, coordinating sales operations, and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently. The Business Development Manager is responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis. Able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Requirement & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong verbal and written communication
A drive to seek new business
Excellent telephone skills
Highly organized
Candidate must has the drive to increase the market presence of the company
Lead generation and cold calling
Framing marketing policies and strategies
Team management, team - problem solving
Target and customer centric approach.

Selection process: - HR round & Manager round
Qualification: Graduation / Diploma
Working days: 6 working days (Sundays off)
Shifts: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Mandatory language: English, Hindi and local language
Laptop: Candidates are to use their own laptop
