Job Description

Our company deals with following services: Property Management, Project Management, Facility Management, CCTV Project and Maintenance, Fire Project and Maintenance, selling of covid products, Mall Leasing and management. 
Requirement for Business Development Manager
Education: Graduate or equivalent to Graduate. Must be english medium background. Good in mail drafting, social media handling
Appearance: Smart, Good looking and matured soft spoken 
Age: Above 30
Experience: 
Minimum 5 years in any service industries and customer dealing. 
Experience in Facility Management will get extra preference.

Job Descriptions:   
  • Lead Generating and cold calling
  • Giving Presentation in corporate house 
  • Traveling out of bengal for business development
  • existing and new client handling
  • Coordination with various department to through the project 
  • handling mass media and social media 
  • keep knowledge about upgradation of product 
  • Coordination with CMD
Reporting to: CMD
Remuneration: 15 k to 20 k + incentive + telephone reimbursement.
