Designation: B2B Business Development Manager

Experience: 1-2 Years (B2B experience only)

What are we looking for?

  • Understanding of B2B market and experience working with enterprises;
  • 1+ years of b2b market lead gen experience; have done B2B lead gen in the international market.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm and positive thinking, always with the aim to resolve challenges & hunger for learning new skills
  • Outstanding oral and written language skills in English; ability to write precise, crisp emails and a great phone manner are a must!
  • Passion for generating business opportunities for client’s products/ services in geographies such as Asia pacific, Middle East, Europe, UK and Domestic Projects too. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, Interpersonal Skills, Project Management Skills, Negotiation & Persuasion skills, Team handling skills, Collaboration Skills, Research & Strategy, Business Intelligence with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Should know how to do contact discovery - Retrieving Business Contact Information through variety of search engines (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Hoovers, etc.)

JD and KRA:

  • Develop new leads to expand clients base and gain market share for various projects
  • He/She has to perform a thorough outbound calling, market research, Develop Customized Data Base, Research & Development and execute focused positioning prospect outreach program that will be incorporating emails, Calls, & Digital campaigns.
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract prospects
  • Direct Client Interaction. Converting right prospects into business opportunity for our clients globally. Performing client review and reporting.
  • Identify new leads and opportunities for clients
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on client competitors
  • Follow up to get, set up and coordinate meetings with prospective clients
