Job Description :

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties

Identify partnership opportunities
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
Maintain existing business
Think critically when planning to assure project success
Client Acquisitions on Up work and other online Marketplaces for IT projects.
Coordinating with Project Manager to ensure projects are going smoothly
Business analysis for the client requirements and further pitching them for work.
Weekly status and monthly status reporting to Project Manager.

Skills:-

· Should know how to implement the sales & marketing strategy to generate leads.

· Managing existing clients and acquiring new clients

· Update and maintain prospect database by recording all prospecting activity on a daily basis

· Maintain high activity level with prospects and timely follow-ups

· Build and maintain sales pipeline status

· Develop the strategy for list building based on researching the target market

· Coordinate development of detailed technical proposals with the technical team

· Respond to client’s technical queries and follow-ups as needed

· Sending Proposal bid to grab new business opportunities

Experience of Client Acquisitions on Upwork Marketplace are a must.

Academic Qualifications :

Qualification
BE, BTECH, MTECH, BCA, MCA, MSc (Bachelor's Preferred),BSc( Computer-Science ),Diploma in Computer-Science
