Job OverviewThe Business Development Manager role is rich in its content. As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible to manage the company’s online presence, run digital B2B campaigns as well as front end initial customer conversations. Ultimately, you will own the customer life cycle for a set of clients from lead generation to project execution. You will interact with the top leadership of corporate clients and will need to work across their organization in executing consulting projects. The main performance metrics of this job is customer pipeline and billed revenue. As one of our first employees, you will be exposed to many aspects of setting up a business. You will work on projects in marketing and brand building. This is a critical role for fulfilling our promise of customer revenue transformation.
Responsibilities and Duties· Create and manage mailing lists for driving awareness and interest in the services of Salesfac
· Identify industry platforms where the company can participate and engage with them
· Engage with potential customers to understand opportunities and constraints for growth. Propose how Salesfac could enable them using our consulting and technology services
· Create Research design to collect relevant client information. Work with the stakeholders in client organization to collect and collate the information
· Analyze client information using a variety of tools and frameworks. Draw insights and recommend actions to grow revenue
· Provide client demonstration of tech tools and obtain client agreement for their implementation
· Program manage the implementation of change decisions and sales tools into client organisations
· Collaborate with important stakeholders to implement initiatives for adoption of new tools
· Stay updated about new sales technology and lead partnership conversations with some of them

Qualifications
This role is ideally suited for smart young graduates who want to gain high quality experience and exposure in working with senior industry professionals as preparation for post graduate studies from a top ranking institution.
· Education: Graduate in any stream from one of the top 10 colleges in a metro
· Experience: 1-3 Years in Sales, marketing or management consulting
· Good Analytical skills and Business acumen
· Excellent written and spoken communication
· Most importantly – A Curious mind, persuasive, enthusiastic and willing to work in a start-up environment
