Job Description

Business Development Manager
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
  • Bringing new deals
  • closing business deals
  • Identifying sales opportunities 
  • Achieving sales target
  • Pan India Travel
  • Maintaining Customer Relationship
  • Ready to do field work
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Revenue Generation: Evaluate current sales performance and identify ways an organization can expand and  grow. 
  • Market Research: Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • New client Acquisition: Researching prospective accounts in target markets through networking, database, market intelligence or reference from existing clients.
  • Retention of Existing clients
  • Conversion of leads into clients: Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
  • Documentation: Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
  • Team Handling: Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals. Providing training to business development staff whenever required.
