Title - Business Development Manager
Reports To - Sales Head
Job Overview -
The seasoned Sales candidate should have the knowledge and understanding of
Mumbai's interior market and complete residential project cycles and should
have dealt with premium residential projects. A Candidate should be goal-driven
and self-motivated.
Roles & Responsibilities -
Responsible for generating revenues as per the set Business Goals by
adding and maintaining relationships with decision influencers such as
architects and end customers.Fixing meetings and understanding the client requirements. Proposing solutions according to client needs. Preparation and submission of quotations. Continuously adding new inquiries by meeting and understanding new
project requirements via relevant Architects and Interior designers. Ensure open inquiries are followed upon and all their queries are
addressed on a timely basis. Ensuring timely closure of business to achieve sales target. Ensuring regular updates of efforts and periodic discussion on the
ongoing projects with Management. Monitoring project execution with the help of the project team. Ensure timely collection of payment. Participate in goal-setting meetings to determine the overall financial goal
as per the market. Receive and address customer complaints, if any.
Qualifications -
Should have existing relationships with A List decision influencers. Experience working with some applications is a big plus; Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Sales and M.B.A. is preferred and a
minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, or sales with
such organizations who deal with premium residential projects, European
products or A-List architects/ interior designers
